Nextier® Solutions’ Approach to Security

Nextier® Solutions’ fundamental business strategy has always been to teach their customers to expect total privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and data security when using the Nextier® EZ-Suite® applications.  The entire company has been built around meeting this expectation.  Nextier’s® Solutions' security policies are always driven by the belief that their customer’s security is the company’s reputation.

Nextier® Solutions’ EZ-Suite® Application Security Model

The EZ-Suite® product is offered in an ASP model that, unlike traditional client/server based systems, has been designed with state-of-the-art XML and SHTML technologies. 
 

Within Nextier® Solutions Corporation, access to customer data is limited to specific employees:

• Customer data is viewed only by Nextier’s® authorized professional services group, and only for the purpose of new development, testing and support.  Nextier personnel are not authorized to view customer data, and do not have access.
• Customer data is only viewed during a support session at the customer’s request.
• Customer data will not be viewed, sold or transmitted to anyone else without he customer’s permission.

In addition, limited access to EZ-Suite® is provided externally as follows:

• Only customers are given access to the application.
• EZ-Suite® is not a public Web site.
• EZ-Suite® applications require login via user name and password.
• It is Nextier® Solutions’ customer’s responsibility to authorize valid users of the EZ-Suite® applications.
