Two Options to Support your Customer

Option 1: EZ-Supplier® is a web application developed by Nextier® Solutions, to support users of our EZ Suite of applications. The EZ-Supplier® application was designed specifically for paper manufacturers and provides the following functionality:

  • Order Receipt and Confirmation:  With EZ-Supplier®, you are notified of incoming Purchase Orders and Change Orders via email. You are able to assign LDCs and Expected Ship Dates and acknowledge the order back to your customer.
  • Shipment Notification: As the product ships, you are able to update the system and your customer with manifest information.
  • Visibility of Customer Order Information: Via the user-friendly web-interface, you are able to filter all of your order information based on criteria you set.

Option 2: For those Suppliers with the ability to send electronic messages, Nextier has the ability for complete integration without the use of a web interface. Although our message preference is the papiNet standard, we can work with you if you utilize EDI or another messaging standard.
